Tara Kristensen, the Personal Cheerleader to the Vice President of CBH Homes, Ronda Conger, for the past 23 years takes 1st place in the Leadership Category at the Pacific Northwest Admin Awards in Seattle, Washington.?

The Leadership Award recognizes the Administrative Professional that best demonstrates multiple leadership qualities such as confidence, focus, integrity, innovation, patience, decisiveness, open-mindedness, empowerment, generosity, persistence, and a passion for helping fellow employees and their organization succeed.

Tara Kristensen embodies all of that and more. As the ultimate positive human she helps lead and inspire the company daily with her attitude, energy dances, and her famous over-the-top intercom birthday songs.? She welcomes and leads each new member of the CBH team on their introductory tours and onboarding sessions. Over the past 23 years she has continued to learn and grow in her role and continues to pay it forward with quarterly Tips and Tricks on How to be Successful at CBH.? Her diligence, direction and kindness she’s been integral in CBH Homes becoming a Best Place to Work for 12 years and counting.?
