1. The Regulars: Taqueria Del Sol
"The Regulars" is a series that explores?what it means to be a frequent restaurant patron. In this series, we introduce you to locals who have found a sense of belonging and community at restaurants and bars, and what keeps them coming back week after week.
???Personal trainer and running coach Lee Fidler is such a consistent presence at Taqueria Del Sol in Decatur, that his son made him a t-shirt that says "Regular." In the latest installment of our series "The Regulars," we meet Fidler and learn how he developed his habit, what he orders, and much more.
“I like to support businesses that I like and pay it forward,” he said. “And I like to create little pockets of community wherever I go, whether that’s my Wednesday night running group, my church, or the people I see every Saturday at Taqueria. It’s good for my health and good for longevity.”?

?? Progress Through Diversity - In partnership with the Morehouse School of Medicine, our Fellowship Program provides access to a more diverse base of medical students. Students who previously had no consistent options for orthopedic rotations can now study under our physicians and are provided a stipend.?
?? Healing Communities in Need - We have a 70-year tradition of providing free orthopedic services to the nation of Haiti, then Honduras, and soon in the Dominican Republic. In Honduras, where 100 joint surgeries are performed each year, we can accomplish 30 in one week. More trips would mean a much greater impact.

2. Indulge in laidback luxury at these Western North Carolina Inns
?? Tourists have been flocking to Western North Carolina for centuries, attracted by the mountain scenery, hiking trails, and hundreds of waterfalls. Luxury inns cater to these visitors with all-inclusive gourmet meals, hiking guides, spas, golf courses, and upscale but relaxed accommodations.
Jan Schroder has three favorite North Carolina inns that she'd like to share. At them, she's discovered a love for winter hiking, felt soothed by a sound healing/yoga class, watched an unofficial parade of classic cars, sharpened her badminton skills, lazed in front of a wood-burning fire, or watched the sun rise over four mountain ranges.
