TAPPing into Tuesday at the Fed

Talent Acquisition Programs and Partnerships (TAPP) is the chapter in my Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta career where I am focused on TAPPing into new pipelines within the communities the Sixth Federal Reserve District recruits our future teammates. In writing about my Talent Acquisition journey, I am looking to share different opportunities there are to begin your career here as well as how we collaborate with other entities to better deliver our meaningful work.

This month during our Career Experience program (Career Experience - Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta (atlantafed.org)) we heard from Atlanta Technical College one afternoon.

Caroline Angelo gave our participants a walk through of the many opportunities they can follow, with so many focus areas I was unaware of as well!

Next, Robert E. Leach talked with them about many things...

including supporting them in finding their "why".

We were so lucky to have these two leaders in local academia share their afternoon, their enthusiasm about Atlanta Technical College AND learning...
