The Boston Beer Company

Your Cousin From Boston Introduces Boston Lager Remastered
After releasing horses and partying with robots in his last two Big Game appearances, Your Cousin From Boston returns to officially launch Boston Lager Remastered.
In this year's commercial, Your Cousin imagines a brighter, friendlier Boston to help showcase the brighter taste of Samuel Adams Boston Lager Remastered. The commercial includes cameos from Boston locals including Kevin Garnett and Lenny Clarke, who play "brighter" foils to their typical personas. The impact of the clip will live beyond its Super Sunday regional airing through an extensive media campaign that allows influential townies and teammates to join in on the conversation.
"With Remastered, we're one step closer to perfection," explains Boston Beer Company Founder and Brewer, Jim Koch. "We cleaned up the brewing process to create an easier-drinking profile, giving it an extra sparkle that drinkers will savor. Any time you crack open a Boston Lager you know you're going to enjoy a rich, full-flavored beer. When you crack open a Boston Lager Remastered, you might say, this is the best Boston Lager I've ever had."
When first released, Boston Lager quickly won multiple "Best Beer in America" titles, sparking the craft beer revolution and positioning Samuel Adams as a David against the Goliaths of big beer. With Remastered, we dare to do it again!

Dogfish Head Enters the Big Game in a Super-Small Way
While some advertisers reportedly spend up to?$7 million?for a 30-second commercial, Dogfish Head boasts the smallest ad buy of the Big Game, spending about 1000 times less!
The Dogfish Head commercial will air exclusively in the brewery's backyard of Delmarva (AKA the Delaware,?Maryland,?Virginia area). The spot features Tudor Games's Electric Football game -- the very contraption that inspired and enabled the continual hopping process behind the iconic 90-minute IPA and its successors, 60 Minute IPA and 120 Minute IPA. This feature is not only a nostalgic nod to Dogfish Head's history of beer innovation, but also a showcase of Dogfish Head's exclusive beer sponsorship of the "not-so" Big Game, the Electric Football World Championship, which took place at the brewery's Milton Tasting Room & Kitchen in early February.
