TAPE&FILM (additioned curing release agent)

The materials (vinyl terminated silicone and hydrogenated silicone fluid) are for manufacturing additioned release agent, the vinyl terminated silicone as a base polymer, using multifunctional hydrogenated silicone fluid as a crosslinking agent, and carrying out an addition reaction under the action of heating and platinum catalyst, a crosslinked rubber-like polysiloxane isolation layer (release agent) is formed, and the reaction formula is shown as follows.

The additioned release agent has the following properties:

1. no reaction by-products.

2. the curing activity is higher, the solution type can cure in 20 seconds at 120℃, the solvent-free type can cure in 10 seconds at 100 ℃.

3. platinum catalysts are easily poisoned by compounds containing S, P and N.

4. the peel off?effect is excellent, and the peeling force can be adjusted by the crosslinking density.

5. self-adhesive phenomenon is not produced in double-sided coating.

6. at high peel rates, there is a lower peel force.
