TAP INTO YOUR INNATE WISDOM TO STAY STRONG

TAP INTO YOUR INNATE WISDOM TO STAY STRONG

We all have innate wisdom, it’s knowing how to tap into it that keeps us strong and resilient. Accessing your own source of knowledge is increasingly necessary as we’re bombarded with toxic predatory behavior that threatens to take down our social and governmental safety nets.

By utilizing your internal guidance systems, you can promote confidence, self-sufficiency and personal strength. Doing this consistently will help you combat the onslaught of chaos that is designed to keep us off balance.

PAY ATTENTION TO WHAT YOU REALLY THINK – NOT WHAT OTHERS THINK

So often, our attention on what others say and think takes up all the space in our mind. ?Our responses often piggyback on others, generating fear and dismay. Finding your own thoughts means quieting your mind, turning inward and trusting your own perceptions. Sit in silence, trust yourself. ?

TAP INTO YOUR INSTINCTS - LET YOUR BODY INFORM YOU

Let your instincts inform you and your thoughts. The fear you feel in situations may be accurate and can motivate you to act. But your body’s autonomic reaction of HALT - hungry, angry, lonely or tired - is information alerting you to physically take care of yourself. ?Recognize obsessive worries, focused on the past or future, as an unhelpful habit. Learn to discern the difference in these bodily instincts.

MEDITATE, BE IN NATURE AND JOURNAL TO STAY CALM

Give yourself opportunities to unplug from toxicity and release stress through daily practices that access your innate wisdom. Meditate, listen to mindfulness apps, or get outside in nature to calm your autonomic nervous system. Regular journaling helps you clarify your thoughts, inner voice and notice patterns. To release stress, do at least one of these practices daily to stay strong and true to yourself.

LET YOUR INNATE COMPASSION LEAD YOU

You are innately compassionate, allow yourself to notice it. ?By giving the compassion you need to others, you set up an automatic feedback loop to receive it. The more kindness you share, the more you counter the prevalence of negativity. Everyone benefits.

How well are you able to tap into your innate wisdom? If you’d like support, reach out!
