With a year and two months under their belt, Albany Ulfe and Amanda Edwards are ushering in a new era of sales. Both came to us from the fast-paced and stressful restaurant industry. Today, they build and execute go-to-market sales strategies while exhibiting outstanding leadership. In addition, Albany and Amanda naturally leverage their hospitality experience to empathize with customers and foster new connections.

Amanda and Albany have reformed the team into an unstoppable salesforce. Now, we relish the role of underdogs, making up in heart and effort what we lack in size.?

Albany Ulfe

Market Manager- Orlando & Tampa

Albany is the architect on our team. She enjoys strategizing, preplanning, and data crunching as much as she does Marvel movies. Albany started in May of 2021 as Tank Brewing Company’s first Field Sales Manager and has quickly established herself as the team's go-to problem solver.

When she started, Albany took her position as the face of our brand when distributors desperately needed suppliers they could rely on. Moreover, this local brewer needed someone to master the challenges of reputation and brand-building. Now, a year later, Albany is beloved by her distributor partners. She leads our sales team in month-over-month growth and plans to earn her degree in business management next year.?

Amanda Edwards

Market Manager – South Florida?

Amanda Edwards is a beer lyricist. She joined us as a Field Sales Manager in June of 2021. Amanda expertly applies her restaurant management skills to her new role. It has been a pleasure to behold her ability to attract clients and think creatively, as it has become the guiding force of her success in sales.

Amanda’s laugh will make you feel like your jokes are the funniest on planet earth - the sound barrier cracks every time. She has a warm soul and is always ready to have a beer or a shot with anyone. She leads by listening and always follows up on her promises.?

Moving Forward

The Tank Brewing Company’s founder Carlos Padron decided 17 months ago to shore up the brewery’s long-term position. Shortly after, I joined their team as Vice President of Sales, US. I knew we needed to find the best talent and build a market around it.

Over a year later, I am surrounded by people brimming with vitality who burn with passion for their work. I consider myself extremely fortunate and sincerely appreciate our team's support. Together, we have built a strong reputation with our wholesalers and retailers.?

Joe Reyes is the former Southeast US Regional Team Manager at the California-based brewery Lagunitas Brewing Company. He now serves as Vice President of Sales, USA, for Miami-based brewer, The Tank Brewing Company. Joe has a proven record of team building and growing brand equity. As a team motivator, he establishes, inspires, and elevates a team culture where everyone has a voice and goes all-in. Joe builds a foundation for better retail positioning, greater floor space, and broader brand visibility. He has a hands-on management style where nothing is too large or too small - ?if it needs to get done, it gets done.
