Michael Cheika has finally decided it is time for him to leave the Wallabies. He’s fortunate he got to make the decision and it wasn’t made for him. His strategies have been criticised and apparently he didn’t have much of a relationship with rugby CEO, Raelene Castle.
But the stats tell the story. 51% win rate overall during Cheika’s tenure and only 54% of games won at home.
I know I spent too long in some jobs. I was past my used by date, or the job was. But I would stick it out. Because they needed me! No matter how hard it was to get things done, or how much stress it was causing me, I was determined to stick it out.
This can be common for many people. Sometimes they do not even know they are not happy in their job.
