CBRE Multifamily Tampa has facilitated the sale of The Euclid Schoolhouse Flats, a 16 unit apartment community located at 1090 10th Street North in the Euclid submarket of St. Petersburg, FL. ZME Capital acquired the property for $2.95 million. CBRE’s Joseph Thavis and Cameron Barbas represented the seller, Sight Development, and the Buyer ZME Capital in the transaction. The transaction was closed through the holidays within 46 business days of listing the property onto the open market.

The Euclid Schoolhouse Flats, built-in 1924, was originally built and operated as a grade school. The high ceiling classrooms have been converted into unique flat-style apartments. The property was gut renovated in 2017 with contemporary finishes and completely new electrical and plumbing systems, making it one of the most unique assets within the MSA.
