What is your story as a person?

I was raised in Glendale, AZ in a family of four and attended undergrad college at APU in Azusa, CA, receiving a business degree in 1993 before moving to TX that same year, where I began working for a communications company in Dallas. At age 21, I placed my faith and trust in Christ for salvation and joined a local church, where I grew in faith and knowledge of God's Word and began serving in the Student Ministry, thus meeting my husband, who was the Student Pastor. We married in 1997; I began graduate school at UTD and completed the MBA program in 2001 prior to moving to Ft. Myers, FL for my husband to begin a new pastoral position at our current church, where we have been members for 20 years. I have served in Women's Ministry for 18 years teaching God's Word; had two sons, one in 2003 and the other in 2005, and enjoyed my time as a homemaker; but for the past 2 years I have been employed in the Admissions Dept. at a K-12 private school. I am a newly published author, thanks to Kharis Publishing, with my first book, Odd Moms Out, scheduled to release in Fall 2022.

No matter who you are or what your story is, God's effective grace can redeem your life and point to Jesus and His gospel message of salvation.

If you had an opportunity to share just ONE message with the WHOLE WORLD, what would it be?

Love and follow Jesus, believe His Word, care for others, and share the good news message of God's redemptive grace.

What does family mean to you? Tell us about your family.

Only second to my priority relationship with Christ, my primary ministry is to care for my immediate family. This includes my husband, who serves as a full-time pastor, whom I have been married to for 25 years, as well as my two teenage sons, one in college pursuing an engineering degree, and the other in a special education school, who lives with disability. In addition, my valuable extended family includes my parents, twin sister, and in-laws, as well as my church home and life group members.
