Talkwalker acquires Reviewbox
I was always told that the world of consumer intelligence was fast moving, and they weren’t joking. In the short time I’ve been Talkwalker’s CEO, we had the Forrester New Wave?: AI-Enabled Consumer Intelligence Report, where Talkwalker was named a Leader. And now, I’m excited to announce that we have now acquired Reviewbox.
I’ve always said that customers should come first. Understanding what your customers want is critical for creating leading brands, products, campaigns and services.
Part of that understanding can be gained through product review data. It’s a real-time window into what your customers think about your products - are they loved or loathed? Are there features pulling you down? What’s popular that you could roll out across your range?
Batteries not included - Something as affordable as including batteries with your product can help improve your customer experience, and your overall product review rating.
James and the Reviewbox team have done a fantastic job of creating an all-in-one review management platform that enables brands to monitor, analyze, and respond to product reviews and customer questions. Providing a stream of valuable insights, while also helping brands optimize their customer experience.
They already help brands like Netgear, Whirlpool, Avery, and many more. I’m excited to introduce their capabilities to Talkwalker’s existing clients.

Which brings me onto how Reviewbox fits into Talkwalker’s vision. We already have a best-in-breed solution, with extensive social, consumer, and customer data gathering & analytics capabilities. But we won’t take our foot off the gas - we’re constantly looking for ways to expand and further clarify the customer intelligence picture.?
It was easy to see the synergy between Reviewbox and Talkwalker. They can provide additional customer insights for all of our clients, while complementing Talkwalker's already extensive sources of consumer data.
