The Talks That Are Changing Coworking—Are You In?

???Link In The Shownotes #9

Hey folks, it's Bernie here.

The Coworking Values Podcast has been on fire lately. We’ve been getting into the real stuff—neurodiversity, designing spaces that work for people, and how a solid coworking community can change your local economy.

Guests like Thor A Rain have opened up about mental health and creating safe spaces, and Mark Schaefer broke down why community is the future, not just some overused buzzword.

You can catch all of it on Substack—there’s no better time to dive in and see how these conversations can shift how you run your space.

If you’re in London next Tuesday, you are very welcome to join the London Coworking Assembly Forum and Bar Camp, followed by the Urban MBA London Fashion Week Show.

Real conversations happen during these events, and you’ll leave with something meaningful—no pointless business card exchanges here.

Check out all the details below.

?? London Coworking Assembly Forum and Bar Camp

?? RSVP Here!

Our co-creators for this event are?Milliken Floors Europe, Facework Group 360 Workplace and?Urban MBA

Next Tuesday, 17th September, we're hosting our next London Coworking Assembly Forum and Bar Camp.

? ?? RSVP Here!

Part One

We'll start at the Milliken Floors Europe showroom in Clerkenwell with Jon Alexander .

But this isn't about sitting back.

We'll break into small groups, share our current state, and figure out how to help each other.

We'll dig into what being a coworking space member means—beyond renting desks.

It's about belonging and building something real.

As the conversations flow, we'll regroup for a Q&A with Jon to keep things moving.

You won't just listen—you'll bring your ideas and hear from others on the same journey.

It's raw, honest, and damn helpful.

? ?? RSVP Here!

Part Two

After that, we'll walk from Clerkenwell to London Bridge but will not make small talk or chat about the weather.

You'll walk in small groups, discussing what's next for your space, community, and mission.

? ?? RSVP Here!

Part Three

When we hit London Bridge, we'll sit down for lunch, courtesy of Guenaelle Watson , Amy Morgan and the 360 Workplace crew—trust me, after that walk, you'll be ready for some delicious food.

After lunch, we'll participate in a hands-on workshop with Amy and Guenaelle from 360 Workplace.

We'll discuss space design, neurodiversity, intersectionality and accessibility—getting real about making your coworking space work for everyone.

Whether opening your first space, expanding, or running an established one, this insight covers everything from acoustics to inclusivity.

It could save you time, money, and headaches—and trust me, you won't find this level of detail in a podcast.

You'll work in groups, questions will fly, and you'll put ideas into action in the room.

? ?? RSVP Here!

Everything we do is about guided, interactive conversations that keep you thinking, questioning, and connecting.

Throughout the day, you'll see how coworking values like community, collaboration, and accessibility come to life.

You'll walk away with ways to extend them—not because you have to, but because it will improve your space.

We've got a pay-what-you-can option.

You don't need to apply, pitch us, or make your case - pick what works for you.

? ?? RSVP Here!

What matters is that you're there and part of the conversation.

Most London Coworking Assembly communities are owner-managed, bootstrapped, start-up, charity and affordable workspace projects.

It's about real people coming together, sharing ideas, and leaving with something helpful to apply in your community.

You don't need business cards.

This isn't some lifeless networking event.

It's about honest conversations with people who care about what they're building.

You'll leave energised, nourished, and with new ideas for your space!

? ?? RSVP Here!

?? One more thing

Remember, the strength of our communities lies in our collective efforts and shared values.

Please rate, follow, share, and leave a review for the Coworking Values Podcast; it helps our show have an even greater impact.

It also helps people in the general public and your neighbourhood understand coworking, how it can benefit their local community, and how it can benefit them in building their careers, projects, and work.
