Customer Success Out On The Town

The VMJ Customer Success team was out and about this week, joining?SuccessPAC ’s first Evolution of Customer Success community event.

The night included talks by CS leaders from? Box ?and? me&u as well as plenty of opportunities to connect with other professionals to share insights, strategies, and challenges.

So great to have in-person events back on the calendar!

New Face for a New Financial Year.

We have a new face in the VideoMyJob team with Alexandrea Farha (Alex) joining the Customer Success team as our Customer Success Manager.

With experience in talent acquisition and recruitment marketing for some big organizations as well as her own empowerment coaching business, Alex is bringing some serious game to the team.

For many of our customers, you’ll be meeting Alex very soon. And if you’re not yet one of our customers, maybe now is the time ??

Power User Spotlight Fiona Grimmer

It was such a pleasure chatting with?Fiona Grimmer ?for our recent Power User Spotlight.

As the GM of Marketing and Brand Experience at?HorizonOne Recruitment , Fiona’s been helping to successfully disrupt the recruitment industry by changing the conversation with a fresh marketing and employer branding-led approach, creating a host of award-winning recruitment marketing campaigns.

Moving from a full production setup to VideoMyJob has meant Fiona and the team can now do this at scale and can expand their videos to showcase a range of topics.
