Talking to Mind - Part 9

Depression is something which happens when a person keeps talking to his mind continuously on things which he fears most of the time this may be due to the lack of preparedness of the mind to accept the facts.
              When a person is in the state of depression he often tries to hide externally. By attempting to do so the person keeps telling to his mind show me as a different person to others, which is against the fact of the present state and the mind doesn’t keeps its promise always during such time and often this is the time a depressed person goes crazy in his behavior and exposes his actual self.
              Science can give so many reasons for the state of depression we need to acknowledge it at the same time we also need to accept the fact that mind always starts communicating the negative things to the person most of the time looking at the future, which further pushes the person to the state of fear once this happens to any person, he sees the world from the perspective of a thin line or a thin thread where the person often believes if he is inside the line he is safe that is his inner world and if he is outside the line he is not safe the external world. A sense of fear crops up which makes him crazy and finally lands up popping medicines and consulting the physician.
             In order to avoid this state of depression the individual should allow his mind to talk positively and consistently at any given point of time when the person anticipates and where he can sense he may go into the state of depression.
            Depression is something any person can anticipate and also the fact is it will not last long it will come and go, there is no assurance if a person had depression once he will not get it again. But the point to be noted is the person can always prepare his mind to be proactive so that even if his depression dominates the preparedness of the mind will decide how long the depression should last.
