Talking about Innovation these days is no longer being completely innovative. Innovation is in everything: in the development of new products, in the way of making them and even in the way of thinking. Thinking "outside the box" is half the battle for us to follow different paths and, in this way, innovate. If we always do things the same way, we cannot expect different results. To get different results we have to test new ways of doing things. These new forms may or may not work, but only then can we change the results. Those that improve the results stay, the others can be abandoned or saved so that later they can be tested in another context and eventually produce different results.

Business model innovation is related to creating new business models that can offer innovative solutions to customers. This could include moving from traditional business models to subscription-based or sharing-based business models. Innovation can also be related to breaking the pattern, that is, doing something that goes against what is expected or accepted in the market. This can include creating new products or services that address needs that have yet to be recognized or adopting new marketing approaches that challenge traditional norms. In short, innovation is not just limited to product innovation, but can be present in all aspects of the business. Innovation can be used to improve existing services, processes and business models, as well as to break the mold and create innovative solutions for customers.
