On this episode of the Jason Cavness Experience I talk to Jon Neff – Founder of Campo Designs
Jon is a passionate and experienced entrepreneur with a demonstrated history of international business experience and a proven track record track record for developing and growing brands creating effective product marketing strategies. By crushing quotas by delivering exceptional levels of customer satisfaction. He is also a United States Marine
I had a great time talking to Jon Neff. We talked about why he and his family made the decision to move to Mexico and everything that went into that decision. We talked about the differences in living in the two countries and how his family is making the adjustment to living in Mexico.
Jon talks about his time as a U.S. Marine and how the values of being a U.S. Marine has influenced him in his life and as an entrepreneur. Jon goes into detail about why he is an entrepreneur and why he is not employable. He talks about the time when his mother told him about an opening for him at Boeing. Jon's response was "do you even know me" to his mother. ha ha!!
Me and Jon go over when an entrepreneur should stop. Everyone says keep going, keep grinding, never give up. But when should an entrepreneur stop. We go over how this is a case by case basis. But what are some indicators that you should stop.
Jon tells us as an entrepreneur, the importance of having the support of those closest to you. How being an entrepreneur is lonely and hard. If those closest to you don't fully support you on your entrepreneurial journey. Your chances of success diminish greatly.
Jon tells us if he has become a tequila or mezcal person during his first 2 months in Mexico and how the margaritas are better in Mexico with many more flavors to choose from.
Jon talks about the KickStarter Campaign for his Escape M4 | 2-in-1 Full Tent or Retractable Shade Cove.
He goes into detail about how he decided to do a kickstarter and everything involved with having a successful one. The KickStarter ends September 9 and he is asking for your support.
