The Taliban Leader Sheikh Haibatullah'S Address to the Nation

Exclusive: According to information, as serious disagreements continue between the leader of the Taliban, Sheikh Haibatullah, and his ministers in (Kabul), ad his orders are not being obeyed. The leader of the Taliban, Sheikh Haibatullah, addressed his ministers and governors and conveying especially the Ministry of Interior, led by Khalifa Sirajuddin Haqqani and the Ministry of Defense, headed by Maulvi Muhammad Yaqoob Mujahid, (if my order were against the Islamic Shari'ah, so you are not obliged to obey my order.
