Since today is Tuesday, it is time for Tuesday Tips. So, how about some tips on keeping your business running. Let’s get started!

·        Cash flow. Let’s face it, when you start a business, you need cash. If you do not have the cash flow, you need to figure out how to get it. You must have money to make money. 

·        Get rid of bad employees. Don’t do the waiting game to see if they will get better. If they are not doing what they were hired to do, get rid of them. Now is not the time to be sensitive. 

·        Celebrate those employees who are amazing. Yes, there are bad employees, but there are also wonderful employees whose work helps your business. Make sure they know that they are appreciated. A great employee who works hard, but never gets any acknowledgement will definitely find another job.

·        Listen to your customers. They are the reason you do what you do. If they are not happy, your business won’t be either.

·        Trust your gut! This is your business! You are the professional. Trust your instincts and be confident in your decisions.

·        Always be learning. A successful professional is always learning, training, and reading up on the latest information. Be that person.
