Talents vs Certificates

Hi,everyone ,

skill India is the new slogan of a transforming INDIA from last years.

What kind of talent Or skill we need to transform was the main aspect of this slogan.Give chance to skillful and talented person was the theme , to see the skilled ,talented people on jobs and to make our INDIA more & more progressive was the MOTTO.

BUT

Are we on the right path ? for which the whole country cried , shouted a lot .

What we do Or What we did ?.......................... Nothing  .

We just started many programs,a lot of events and spent money & time both.Our records state that more than 1 lac people were made skilled and appointed on jobs.

May the records be right .Perhaps the govt. be happy to open skill centers and seeing the number of registrations of candidates.

But , what about the education sector ? Is this sector following the same ?Are skill and talent in demand here too ? What about the skilled and talented people of this sector ?

What we discuss about in seminars,summits and many meetings ?

Everyone knows the answer .......................... ;  NNOOooooooo .

No skill , no talent is needed .

What the mind setup is ?. What we think the education is ?. Is it simply the reading and explaining ?. OR just doing formalities of cultural,curricular,class,school activities.

Here in INDIA a 6-7 years old qualifies the graduation exams, a 7-8 years boy challenge the degree holders. Than where are they now ? Is any of them an EDUCATOR OR a famous ENGINEER are they grown as an IAS OR they selected in IIT ? 

After a time , no one knows where they gone .

Because we are running in the race of certificates still , not towards talents.

We talk and speak for 3-4 hours , a day , 2-3 days workshop on the skills , talents and training in education. But do we really do the same as we required ?

What we say and what we do,what we discuss and what we implement are far away from each OR must say just opposite.

We still value the certificates .We do not appreciate the talents . 

I here ask a simple question to all of you . Can these certificates create the skills ?OR talent can be developed by training, summits,workshop's certificates ?

Thousands of students we make pass out every years . And if the certificates are the guarantee of skill and talent , than why not we issue a guarantee certificate to the parents too.Each parent pays the same amount ,every student spent the same time in schools,colleges.Can any of one ensure their parents of their successful career, future ? . Should we not issue a guarantee certificate to these parents ? Do we ?

Do the students who secured 90-100 % , compete IIT ,IIM ,PMT ,NEET?

You all know the answer------------  .

Workshops,seminars,Summits , classes just guide us the way to develop the talent.But the creativity and continue running of mind is needed to such goals of progress & development.

Creativity can not be created,injected or implemented.

Regular thinking,keenly inspection ,monitoring the practicals, analyzing the situations,checking or regulating the records and estimation of results are to be done on the each minor to major topic .And these all to be done in practices for many years than after the mind start running and creativity may be developed.

It is just same as we teach the whole class in the same manners but only few get the real promotion , get the actual content.

One day conclave, two days programs or workshops can solve our limited problems . Problems the speakers faced their own in life .OR the data of problems they collected .

We forget that - every one have the different problem on each task .If I can solve a problem that does not mean everyone can too? . And don't forget that everyone have the same certificate .

BUNDLE OF CERTIFICATES DO NOT SHOW 'THE TALENT' ..................................

We all know !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
