You don't always get what you want, but you almost always get what you will accept. Allow me to say it another way:

After more than 30 years of hiring lots of people for roles in manufacturing, retail, distribution, hospitality, knowledge work, and high-tech roles like computer programmers I have acquired a knack for knowing what works. Okay, it was hard work. Someone had to do it!

It simply starts with a one-page job req (requisition) with a short bullet list. Plus, it will NEVER say something stupid like "Must be a great multitasker." Or requires a bachelor's degree when that is not true. And yes, it will have the salary range listed.
