Every individual has their own potential. Nobody can win every match or every game type. There are skilled players who are extremely talented in one particular game. For Ex: A cricketer won’t be as much skilled as a Tribal Hunter. Both are two pole ends.
In the same way organizational culture also should be framed. Conduct an internal talent recognition workshop. Ask them to demonstrate their skills, make them to participate in mind games and give stage presentations etc. Based on that frame a hypothesis wherein the employees talent and skills to be analyzed and reported to the top management. Based on those skills deploy them in similar challenging roles where they can perform at least the double of previous function.
Not every company thinks. But company which thinks about it will have a strong organizational immune system through that a company can achieve wonders.
