Talent Management industry has not been disrupted in decades.
As a professional and as an entrepreneur, I have always wondered why!
Why should the most crucial sector on this planet that brings into workforce professionals, engineers, salespersons, doctors, and so many other talented men and women, simply not want to change with times!
