- Advertised jobs fall to lowest level since March 2021 (UK) UK job vacancies fell to their lowest level in June since March 2021, according to data from Adzuna. The jobs database found that vacancies fell by 19.49% year-on-year in June to 852,700, while jobseekers per role went up to their most competitive since June 2021.
- Weak US labour market data triggers recession indicator The Sahm rule is probably giving an incorrect steer, but the labour market will strengthen Fed resolve to cut in September.

Overall the market is fairly busy especially in the USA and when you look at the broader WFP and PA landscape. We are still seeing a new core Talent Intelligence teams being stood up, a few hybrid sourcing and talent intelligence, but overall the market is in a much more positive place than even 6m ago.
