As a Program Officer with the People Experience team, you will help manage the “People with Possibility” program. You will also support the implementation and management of other initiatives, such as launching the All Voices Global Engagement Survey and supporting critical workstreams related to the talent lifecycle, such as onboarding, offboarding, and performance management processes. In this role, you will leverage your time management, communication, stakeholder engagement, and administrative expertise to coordinate and enhance the delivery of these key programs aimed at enhancing organisational culture and employee experience. ?? Corporate Campaigner - SteelWatch | Deadline: October 29
SteelWatch is looking for a dynamic Corporate Campaigner who will lead, develop and implement creative campaigns and strategies to drive change in steel companies.
This will require using multiple pressure points across the steel value chain; shifting narratives, engaging with national campaigns,? exposing inadequacy of climate plans, harnessing investor pressure, driving demands for green steel and much more. The Corporate Campaigner will work closely with our CSO allies, notably from European Fossil Free Steel Network (EFFSN) and Fair Steel Coalition, to contribute to the impacts of the wider ecosystem and to sharply define the role of SteelWatch and its campaigns. This is likely to involve collaborations beyond Europe, in North America, Africa, Asia or Latin America. As a member of the first international climate NGO specialising in steel decarbonisation, you will work with other SteelWatch team members located across Asia-Pacific, Africa, and Europe.

?? MEAL Manager - HQ - International NGO Safety Organisation (INSO) | Deadline: October 30
The MEAL manager will help INSO to?define, measure, communicate and learn from impact?across all areas of activity. It is focused principally on monitoring impact for the purpose of accountability and reporting but also includes elements of internal learning and development which will grow over time.
The MEAL Manager will need to revise and develop INSO’s MEAL system to collect, collate and demonstrate INSO’s varied, complex, and high value impacts of a dynamic and fast-growing organisation.
