??Policy Advisor Gender, Peace and Security - PAX | Deadline: April 17

You will work closely together with colleagues, activists and partners to integrate gender into the DNA of PAX and its partners. With a focus on process design, you will co-develop a PAX gender strategy, contribute to the new PAX strategic frame and co-develop gender-transformative programming. Furthermore, you will initiate, develop and undertake political lobby and policy influencing and represent PAX in external platforms and networks.
