My job hunting in the past few weeks is giving me a strong view that recruiters talk a good talk about wanting talent but are actually risk averse and want conformity and security. What do others think?

6 年Conformity & security - noone can say it better, Glen! Exactly! Perhaps modern boards and ceos are pretty young and therefore won't like to manage older, and in most cases much smarter people :-) and yes, I cannot run a marathon and i'm not vegan, so the chances to get the job shrink in seconds :-)?
