When we say ‘Talent Acquisition team’, what comes to your mind??

Probably, a team that has a long list of potential employees and they hire the suitable candidate.

So first of all, before we get into this, let’s ask all #jobseekers a question. What do you look for in a company when you are looking out??

Right??

As a job seeker you would definitely like to be associated with a company who ticks all these checkboxes for you because you feel the company is a cultural fit for you. That's exactly what we are talking about today.

So how is any organisation’s culture built? Many of you might say- the management. Yes, that is true to a certain extent but they are only able to lay the foundation and ultimately, it’s the employees who build it and the potential employees who carry forward the culture and that huge responsibility of hiring those people lies in the shoulders of an organisation’s Talent acquisition team.?

They are the ultimate protectors withholding any company’s values. And the biggest and the most important role has been played by our TA team and we are proud to have hired people with the most positive mindset.

Pratilipi was founded in 2014 and today, we are a family of 200+ employees. It might seem to be a small number for 7 years.?
