Fresh graduates, despite holding relevant degrees, often find themselves lacking the necessary skills, abilities, or knowledge when starting out in their career. This makes it extremely challenging for young professionals striving to succeed, especially in a fast-paced industry like telecommunications.
At ATOM, we are constantly exploring innovative solutions to bridge these gaps and empower young talent. Our mission is to nurture the future leaders of the telecommunications industry, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary skills and experience to thrive.
In line with this, we are proud to have launched the ATOM Accelerator Programme in May 2024, an initiative designed to support the youths’ learning and career development journey. The programme offers more than 50 university graduates and young talents, giving the opportunity to enrol in an 18-month training programme as fixed-term employees. We are privileged to be able to onboard more than 50 young talents across Myanmar who are now with us, put an emphasis on building their knowledge and skills.
