A tale of Dedication and Determination: Arijit Sinha's Remarkable Journey

As a placement head of CyberPro-Placement Guaranteed Program of Purplesynaz, let me introduce one of our students Arijit Sinha, who is a strong figure of dedication and determination. Arijit was not just smart but also had a gift of excellent communication. He had completed his post-graduation with flying colors, scoring an impressive 82% in his post graduation and if i remember it correctly, throughout his academic journey, he consistently scored above 75%.

I was really impressed by Arijit with the way i had my first interaction with him. He was one of those rare gems you find. During our conversation, he asked meaningful questions and had a confident smile. He didn't need much convincing to join our training program; he knew exactly what he wanted in life.

Everything was going well during training but all of sudden during his last month of training, Arijit received some troubling news. I don't know if it is to be shared on this professional platform but I am just doing it to show his unique characteristics. One of his close family members fell seriously ill and got diagnosed with some chronic illness. Despite being only 24 years old, he showed remarkable maturity in handling the situation. He spoke to me about his family's situation, and I suggested him to focus on his family priorities as that is most important and assumed that he might drop out of the program to take care of them. But to my surprise, he had a different perspective. He firmly said, "No sir, I don't want to drop out. My family would want me to succeed, and I want to make them proud." I was stunned by his determination and respect for his family and he proved him that he was right.

Even amidst personal challenges, Arijit didn't falter. I know, he attended some of the classes even from the hospital. Soon after completing his training, immediately he cracked his first interview with Bitsio and joined them without hesitation.

Today, Arijit is certified in Splunk and has received awards for his outstanding performance at work. He's not just intelligent but also humble and mentally a very strong personality. I have no doubt that he will reach great heights in life. Arijit Sinha is truly an inspiration to us all.
