Sales Job is hard. The best salespeople can make it look easy, but the best sales tactics and strategies can only get you so far. The biggest determinant of sales success is the effort: the more time and energy you invest, the more sales you’ll make. That’s why the best salespeople are known for their relentlessness: they’re constantly finding new ways to reach their audience and discover new techniques to close deals.

It takes a lot of effort to be a salesperson. You have to build relationships with strangers, overcome rejection, and keep going when you don’t feel like it. But if you’re willing to put in the time and effort, being a salesperson is one of the most rewarding careers you can choose. That’s why it’s so hard to quit once you’ve found your groove.

You can feel it when they work the room, tirelessly talking to one person after another. You can hear it in the buzz of the phone calls, the frequent interruptions, the tense conversations.
