Talbots Makes Its Debut in Mexico!

We are thrilled to announce KnitWell Group’s partnership with El Puerto de Liverpool to bring the Talbots brand to Mexico. The first ten Talbots shop-in-shop concepts made their debut this week in Liverpool department stores in and around Mexico City. Liverpool is a $9 billion, privately held omnichannel retailer whose Liverpool department stores have been in business for more than 175 years.

And Liverpool is very familiar with the Mexican consumer. So, it is a perfect match. The presentation of the brand in their stores is gorgeous and very customer focused.”

The Talbots visual and merchandising teams worked hand-in-hand with Liverpool to execute the shop-in-shop concepts, which range from 400 - 750 square feet. We created a curated assortment to showcase Talbots’ modern classic style, including dresses and sportswear pieces, as well as perennial favorites like the Chatham pant and the Charming cardigan. There is also a strong presentation of print and color.
