Cycle Time is the actual time taken to complete one unit of production from start to finish. It is a measure of the efficiency of a process and can vary based on machine speeds, worker efficiency, and process improvements.

Cycle Time is a key metric in manufacturing and process management that determines how long it takes to produce one unit.
