I am starting this newsletter a little differently this month. It's not your typical article, but let me give you some context. ??
Last year I had the wonderful opportunity to be part of an Entrepreneur program led by Drake University where I had the chance to re-evaluate my business model. With that, I did some exploration by speaking with business analysts and conducting surveys to find out what is already out there serving the BA community, but what is lacking as well. I received consistent feedback that an area of lack is BA mentoring and BA coaching. Based on that feedback, I asked my Ninja Circle (email distribution) if there would be interest in a community-based BA Coaching Connection? (BACC) program. This would allow me to teach a BA technique and then conduct a group coaching call for questions and the sharing of knowledge.? I received great feedback on the idea from those I spoke with so I decided to pilot it with my Ninja Circle (not just my email distribution, but to my circle of followers and supporters).
