A system without accountability is useless, they must contain timelines (start at the result and work backwards) this will ensure all deadlines are met according to time constraints, accountability to a member of staff (who’s responsible for what) and what to do if a "problem shall arise" this will help you understand where to delegate and create efficiency so the business can grow in the ways that make the most dollar and cents. Lastly, consequences for inattention to each step, giving a staff member the power to make decisions in your absence will avoid inattention.?
