Looking at this list and the growth certain jobs have made, an Associate Economist at Glassdoor commented that companies are mainly looking for people-centric jobs to improve their work environment and culture, which hadn't earlier been paid attention to. A hybrid working environment gains more popularity: As mentioned earlier most of the trending jobs were mainly people-centric. Holding the first position on the list was the job of an Enterprise Architect. They are the ones responsible for ensuring the reliability of their organizations’ IT systems and software, enterprise architects have been instrumental in the shift to remote and hybrid work. While most companies were shifting their perspective towards building a comfortable work environment for their employees, these jobs have been quite in demand in helping companies do so.
