Taking a Risk that Paid Off.

Taking a Risk that Paid Off.

I didn't want to post this video, thinking it was crap, but it has gone viral, and I am interested in your feedback as I am considering doing more.

I’ve had a very long and exciting career. My experiences and training give me a unique skill set when it comes to analyzing conflicts and providing insights into human behaviour. I have a masters in conflict and culture. I’ve received training in psychological operations, information, warfare, human intelligence, high-level strategic planning, and asymmetrical warfare. I top it off with a law degree that serves as a foundation for problem-solving across many segments of society. My reading library includes thousands of books that I have read at the expense of TV over the years, and I love studying humans. I used these skills and resources while cross-examining 1000s witnesses in court and taking on bullies across North America.

I felt qualified to start examining human behaviour related to truth-telling and strategy. In this video , I started by analyzing a politician (Christina Freeland) a few weeks back who was lying about a report’s arrest, and it was very well-received.

Emboldened by the positive response, I decided to create a video titled “Watch a Lawyer Exposed Lying on the Stand. ”? The opportunity was too good to be true.? Fani Willis, the Georgia DA responsible for prosecuting Trump, was in hot water. She stepped into the witness box in a display of arrogance and dishonesty we were not ready for.

In this video, I review her entire testimony and expose her lies, distractions and body language signalling. I provide insights on how I would have cross-examined her differently and identify body language red flags that you may use in your personal life when you suspect deception from somebody in your life.

I was concerned that I might be attacked for being racist or sexist because the target of the video is an African American woman District Attorney.? I was prepared under the circumstances to accept at risk because I thought her testimony was so outrageous that she could not be allowed to hide behind categorical defenses.

I thought my audience would enjoy being exposed to human behaviour in stressful conditions as it showcases the importance of high-quality cross-examination as we seek the truth in a justice system that can be fundamentally flawed.

If you like the video, please comment and share it on YouTube, as it’s gone viral, and I want to keep the momentum up. I intend to do more of these videos if my audience asks. So far, I am humbled by the positive response.

Well written, human behavior ought to be the most important study at this time. With the rapid shift in technology we must monitor our behavioral reinforcement models to ensure protection of the best traits of our species.

I love this. Its a pleasure to know you Phil even just a bit. I remember being a young private at my first military hockey tournament and thinking ‘this guy has something different from the others’. I’ve been following your career since. Pro Patria!
