Taking the Leap

So exactly 3 years ago, I took a huge leap of faith and turned down an amazing job offer from a big corporation here in Upstate NY in order to pursue my long-time dream of starting my own Business Consulting / Executive Coaching firm. After 20+ years as a successful entrepreneur and leader, I felt I could be a valuable resource to other leaders.

Hey. 2 kids in college, a 3rd on her way in a few years, a new house, and all the other expenses life throws your way at this stage in life. Sure. Why not? Let's take a huge risk...

3 years after starting WeRise Consulting, I'm happier than I've been at any stage of my career. I've been fortunate to consult for some of the most well-known brands in the area like Death Wish Coffee, Beekman 1802, SCCC and others. I have served as an executive coach to some of our areas top leaders. Mostly, however, I have been blessed to work with some of the most talented teams I've ever encountered. Hard-working, talented and passionate rockstars who truly love what they do. It's been a thrill working beside these people as their companies smash the accelerator to the floor.

I awake every single day pumped up and ready to take on the day with my clients as we navigate new waters together. I've never been averse to risk and the past 3 years have been a great reminder why...
