Dimension 2: Enterprise Productivity for Your Business?

Nexthink's endless data collection has helped with workplace experience through increased productivity due to lack of IT disruptions, but we can do more. We can bring full enterprise productivity through more efficient onboarding, better enablement and better task accomplishment.

Dimension 3:?Zero Tickets for Your Employees ?

The Zero Ticket Mission is on and we've found the path to achievement. From proactive automation (fixing issues before employees notice them), to self-service (using knowledge articles, reboots, etc), to Nexthink's newest offering Autopilot which solves the problems we've seen arise with self-service.

Chatbots tended to replace L1 agents with the employees themselves, they would offer a knowledge article that likely wouldn't have the exact solution an employee needed leaving the employee still needing assistance. Number one request? "Can I talk to a human please?" Autopilot offers the ease of chatbots, but infused with flow automations, and AI suggested solutions that leave employees only have to click to fix.
