SLSHOP Happy Plan

Our fabulous Happy Plan was launched this week, aimed at taking care of the team’s total wellbeing: mentally; physically and financially, with lots of fun thrown in!?

The Plan focuses on SLSHOP’s core values and whenever one of the team goes above and beyond, they can be nominated for a golden ticket leading to a chance of winning an amazing financial award.?

Other elements of this unique scheme include continued mental health support, regular workshops on everything from mindfulness to pensions advice, a weekly bootcamp, social events and much more. The Happy Plan is coordinated by our Happiness team based in our Happy Hut and regular, individual meetings with each and every member of staff are designed to ensure SLSHOP invests time and resources in ensuring the wellbeing of our staff comes before everything else.?
