It Takes a Team to Reach the Top

This month, Waterstone Mortgage is recognized in Scotsman Guide magazine as one of the “Top Mortgage Lenders” in the nation, based on our overall 2017 loan volume and number of closed loans. 

This is an incredible achievement that was made possible by our dedicated team of employees around the nation. Because of their efforts, we have created an efficient and positive loan process that benefits our customers and business partners.

As we look to the future, our goal is to continue streamlining the mortgage process. Our focus on purchase business has been particularly instrumental to our success, as our loan professionals have the expertise needed to close purchase loans on time, every time.

Because we close loans nearly three weeks faster, on average, than other lenders, we were able to successfully close more than 12,000 loans last year. Plus, our 2017 loan origination volume of $2.6 billion was an all-time company record.
