It takes a hella lot of courage to live from the heart.

And the beauty of it all, is that everything can change in an instant.

These miracles arrive in moments…. the chance meeting, the business opportunity that appears out of nowhere, the yes that came the minute you stopped looking.?

This is the fun of the birthing process. Through every contraction there must be expansion. And holy hell haven’t we all been going through a contraction of the greatest kind, squeezed under pressure until we don’t know our arse from our elbow, as my Dad would say.

It’s been a lot. A lotta lot that we’ve all been going through.?

Well the good news is that a new moon in Taurus arrives this evening, and with it comes the abundance of blessings that we’ve long been waiting for. Think forward movement, money, beauty, pleasure, sex, all the good things in life.

EASE and JOY I tell you.?

JOY hits us with a grin that says hello again, did you miss me?

Well joy, it’s been a long winter, and I don’t know a single person who hasn’t been put through the ringer these last few months, so I’m really glad you’re here.

It’s time to have some fun again. And there is some proper science behind it all, because fun is MAGNETIC.

Whenever I am in that energy of fun and joy and easeful pleasure, opportunities seem to arrive effortlessly. We are powerful magnets to it all, go get some Joe Dispenza in you if you’re new here.

If I think of all the times those blessings have arrived before, they’ve always been unexpected. The next piece of business that came in, the lover, the connection that was inexplicably and so perfectly what I needed…. more always arrives. Every single time.?

My own personal hell is the belief that money and love are in very limited supply. What a load of BS I am finally starting to unlearn. An endless supply of both just keep on coming.?

So here’s to welcoming in the unexpected. Here’s to trusting that things are somehow working out.?Here’s to having some fun with it all.

And here I am witnessing Chris build The Gourmet Animal by doing exactly that. He is having FUN.

As we’re bringing together this event next week, and he’s getting keys to his kitchen and spending god knows what on a new oven, he’s leaning deep into the trust of it all working out. I’m pulling up to the kitchen expecting him to be stressed about shit, and he’s not. He’s in the flow of building what he was put on this earth to do. It’s incredibly inspiring to be around.

And that’s what we get to do here, we get to inspire each other.

I think it takes a hella lot more bravery to believe in the positive than otherwise. It takes a lot of courage to live from the heart.?These are the kind of people I seem to be surrounded by more and more these days.?

People living from a courageous place. People building businesses from a courageous place. Going all in on their dreams with heart, fire and soul.

And that’s exactly the sentiment of the group of people gathering together on Monday at the Kinn. People who want to participate in this bold, courageous way of doing life, where the miracles just keep on coming.

We’re launching The Gourmet Animal officially into the world with a farm to table dinner and gathering facilitated by Eben Britton, who just came on board the Whole Collective rocket-ship to help us grow this thing.

This isn't a panel event, so much as a community discussion where YOU are participating in what it means to build a brand / business in a values-driven world.

We have a bunch of dope founders, investors and hella inspiring folks already signed up, Chef Chris is cuddling the ribs to perfection, and I’m feeling pretty stoked about it all.

In the last few events we’ve had various people meet their romantic partners, make business collaborations, and have friend groups coming together… it’s a pretty cool thing to witness, and seeing the aftermath of these big bangs of connection is what brings me so much joy personally.
