Is the takeover of Greenland and Canada about race?

Every day, there is something or another with this demon-spirited man. I can't call it anything else. Since he last took office through the corrupted airways, he's been able to manipulate, threaten, and cause chaos and confusion as he goes to and fro on this planet.
