Take your business on a date.? When you first started your business you to a keen interest in getting to know all about your business. Perhaps you started with a SWOT analysis, you looked at Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats. ?You were optimistic and open to advice hopefully.
You were attentive and cared about every aspect of running your company. Do you still treat your company the same or have you settled into routines that are keeping you at the status quo or worse failing strategies? ?As visionaries, we can be myopic and rigid in the way we conduct our work. I think the pandemic is still teaching us lessons about the necessity to be able to pivot. Yet, we see examples of companies that went right back to the pre-pandemic way of doing business. ?Even when confronted with statistics that in most cases remote working increased productivity and overall attendance.
We know that major corporations have different ops. However, as a small business owner have you forgotten or stopped listening to what your business is saying? Are you continuing your education and exploring new technologies?
I recently enrolled in a business course. I am very excited to reinforce concepts I already know and learn new ones. I also just spruced up all my websites. Now that project was long overdue. I’ve been to some of your websites and as a certified web and graphic designer you may want to update your platforms. I say that in the most genuine way.?
