Throughout my Christmas 2019 break in Hawaii, I have invested about 90 mins each morning to take a series of e-learning courses, sitting here at the edge of the pool watching the sun rise over the beautiful mid-Pacific ocean.
During the week or so that I have been out here in the morning, I have met so many great people from Europe, Asia Pacific and continental USA. And it's funny, it seems that everyone out here on their laptops, working in the dark are all in sales roles.
Most are working on closing year end deals, some are doing their account planning or territory planning for 2020, which is all good of course. Personally, I have decided take a series of online courses offered by Microsoft around Dynamics 365, Modern Workplace and Azure.
This morning I have been focused on learning Cloud Computing (my head hurts) and I am about to set up an Azure Machine Learning service after this post. Exciting topics and I am sure all my more technical friends out there are eye-rolling as they read this...but don't worry I am not after your roles - I promise.
So, what are you planning to learn in 2020? Are you going to take advantage of your employer's generous education grant?

5 年Sure Dean, clearly the right topic. At Adobe the #AI & #machinelearning foundation #sensei is common and shared with the different Cloud solutions which makes it an amazing engine fed by billions of data. While it is a live solution with multiple very pragmatic applications especially in the experience personalisation, it is also clear that it gives an highway for innovation. In 2020, we cannot avoid also the #adobeplatform that will provide consistency of data among the various sources, whatever they are in companies. While the ERP has been established as the back office platform, Adobe is setting the customer platform.
