Take A "Pause" !!

Was thinking to write this from long but took a PAUSE today from routine to finally pen it down...

I usually travel almost every weekend Pune-Mumbai-Pune by Train.. Everything is sorted out ,right from train reservation to CAB bookings & It's been almost 2 months of my weekend ritual(To Visit My NewBorn Hunk n my Pretty Wife) !!

One fine morning while returning from Mumbai I got down at Shivajinagar railway station,getting late for office I was hustling and bustling through the Lazy crowd as my CAB was scheduled after 10mins , As I crossed the Exit all Rickshaw wala's ganged up asking for AuTo, I ignored them as usual making my way and all of sudden I stumbled upon an Old Man Asking for Kothrud (my place) .. Fairly old ,in 70's Maybe , large spectacle & Face almost dominant with wrinkles... Dont know wat happened but I PAUSED for a Second ..I didn't had any Intention of going by an Auto but stilled asked "Kiti GHenar ?"(how much will you charge) "100" came the reply (I knew it had to be 100 by meter) .."Meter ne chala ki"(I Asked To Go by Meter) I urged just to see what he replies "Chala "(Let's Go) he said with a smiling face :-) ..I was Couple of Feets ahead of Him , I PAUSED cancelled my CAB booking[ #Uber it was don't try this on #Ola they'll charge u for cancellations ;-) ] & I Came back and Said " Chala Kaka"(Lets Go Uncle) ...He was happy assuming I was his First customer which he later confirmed, had a chit chat, he's driving Auto from past 25 years, our topics ranged from tangawalahs to how Pune changed in last 20-30 years..He was also enjoying my company as I was there to listen to him. "These new generation #Auto wallah's have spoiled the Name of whole community" he Complained which is true n "almost everyone see all of us in Skeptical manner " he added .. but meeting an Auto-waalah who is #Honest with his profession (there are many) came as a breezer ...!! What struck me is that We all have forgotten to communicate And interact with People around us..More interested in virtual world of #Hashtags and tagging Failing to Realize that There's a Life outside this #Virtual world where REAL People stay,who love to interact and are affected by your small small decision. Your word or Act of kindness can make someone's Day..!! Take a PAUSE reach out ,make a Difference... his Name is "Dhotre Kaka" , if you happen to be at #Shivajinagar early morning he is always there at 9am ( Indrayani Express time).. and yes by Meter the Fare showed 90/- I handed 100/- to him and we Both Left smilingy.. :-)
