''Take off from Work, but not from your Responsibility.''

What do I mean from this? Being the boss of a Growing Company, I have come across many sorts of employees.

There are some employees, who when they take off from work, keep themselves fully off from their responsibility. They do not pick calls of Clients, they do not pick calls of their co-workers, and they do not even bother to ask the status of their work that is being temporarily taken up by another co-worker due to this person's absence.''

While there are, not many, but very few in number, who do take off from work due to their personal reasons or situations.

what kind of employees become the favorite? employees, who are off from work, but not from their role and responsibility. Only such kind of employees can make up to the next higher levels in the management hierarchy.

So, how can you grow to the next level in your organization? Here are a few tips:

- It is not wrong to take off from work. But, you can make sure that your tasks are still not getting stopped and it is going on smoothly.

- You can call up your co-workers and ask the status.

- You can call your co-workers about happenings at office during your absence.

- You can pick Client phone calls and answer their queries.

All these will hardly take 15 to 20 minutes maximum, during your entire day. However, this will have a great value moving forward. The Boss of the company will observe such behavior of yours. These subtle behavior is what that can take you to the next level in the organization. Your organization should miss your presence and they should not think that your absence doesn't affect the organization in anyways.

When you go back, your co-workers should feel that they missed you and they were waiting for your come back.
