Take notice and be present
Every day of your waking hours and also sleeping time you have minor and major shifts in your personalities through the shift in your energy; when you are happy you have different image and when you are depressed and having mood swings you are different...Remember suddenly you just walk out of someone, someplace and may be react in a way people do not expect you to:-)
Well, we all go through these shifts and when you learn to be mindful of it you can be in control and manage self much efficiently and develop and kind of image you wish to be in :-) by either working on your physiology or mind and I call it mindbody melody....you can even take yourself to a place of wonder, nature or mind creation and see the magic unfold just like that in Bingo strengthening your self image, relationships and yup today's buzzword work life balance
Time to be working on self and being in the moment with your mind body in sync will not only make your life melodious but would also develop symphony with the world outside and your loved dear one's..
So take control and create every moment of your life, sometimes it may not be in system and in tune because of other energies of people, circumstances, events outside of you but then aha...let it go..just let go and shift yourself into a mode where you only work on your inner space and one's this becomes a habit your life will be mozart and you would be example for others to learn from just by your presence
