If you saw him, you might think he looks pretty fit for his age because he has a lot of muscle.

However, the problem was his love handles, lower belly fat, and back fat, which he wouldn't budge despite all his hard work leaving him with a body fat percentage of 30%.

He followed a clean diet, rich in protein and fats, with low carbs, and worked out with a personal trainer 3-4 times a week.

He was also active, fulfilling his daily step count, but had been stuck for years.

It's a frustrating place to be, doing everything you think you need to do, yet still hitting a wall and feeling uncomfortable shirtless.

He had his bloods taken before joining the Ion Method, and his doctor assured him he was healthy.

However, just because your bloodwork falls within certain reference ranges provided by the lab, it doesn't mean your health is optimal.

These reference ranges are based on an average from an unhealthy population.
