I heard a marine veteran once comment that "Marines don't cry", but his eye balls were "sweating up a storm" after a particular event.

I don't know about other men, but I grew up in an era where all the above comments were told to me regularly and it was an unspoken "rule" that men don't share or show emotions. Fortunately, today, that seems to be changing a lot.

When it comes to health, men seem to be reluctant to look after their health when it comes to nutrition. They are generally good about working out in the gym. Traditionally, a lot of men also work in jobs where physical labor keeps them active. As times have changed, unfortunately these active jobs are being replaced with machines and men are taking up more sedentary lifestyles and careers.

The one thing that hasn't changed is men's need to look after their health.
