LEAD TO INSPIRE

As we navigate through life, we all have the ability to inspire and empower those around us to create a better future for all. Whether it's through our actions, words or simply our presence, we can all make a difference.

The following is a part of a message which I received through LinkedIn some time ago, from an entrepreneur who has built a leading business empire today employing thousands of people :

“Hi Lalith, Wanted to drop you a note to let you know that my inspiration for Entrepreneurship came from your speech at the FCCISL Entrepreneur of the Year speech in 2004. I was seated behind at the BMICH, wishing to achieve similar feet.

Would love to connect and if time permits a quick chat.”

I was more than happy to read this message. I quickly responded and today we are friends! This makes it clear that one of the most important things we can do to inspire others is to lead by example. By living our values, pursuing our passions and facing our challenges with determination and resilience, we can show others that anything is possible.?

Another powerful way to inspire others is through connection and collaboration, especially in the organisations where we work. By working together and supporting one another, we can achieve greater things than we ever could achieve alone. In addition to learning from each other, we can gain new perspectives that can broaden our understanding of the world and inspire new innovations.

Recognizing the hard work and efforts of others can benefit them, and encourage them to strive for progress in the future. So, it is vital that we celebrate and acknowledge others' small wins, big achievements, and progress.
